VNTH has not filed any regular financial reports (10-K or 10-Q) since 2018.

They did file a "crowdfunding" SEC Form C in 2021 and a crowdfunding annual report (Form C-AR) in May 2022.

So I'm not sure what financial filings they are required to do currently. Maybe none?
