Usually it’s a multi year distribution agreement unless during initial ramp months performance is very poor. Gives seller/distributor an out.

Nasrat said this would be delayed coming to market so no one should be shocked. As I told you a few weeks ago, the FDA requires companies move drugs to discontinued status if they can't bring them to market in 6 months (I suspect so the orange book won't be pointing doctors to a drug that is unavailable). March was what...oh yes,over 6 months ago. Chill out this is no big deal....just like Lannette's adderall being discontinued isn't a big deal.
