It was telling when Lamberth responded last spring " I didn't know you had requested a jury trial."

I think he found this incredibly insulting and he should. We were injured given an acknowledgement word of "...chilling..." referring to all of the plaintiff allegations while sending us on our way in 2014.

In a way, I am thinking the same because if the fhfa is illegal and the nws is vacated, the damages will be alot higher. Even with a hung jury vacating the nws is a new event and therefore not double jeopardy.
