Interesting. Jay delivered SEC reporting and the S-1 that led to closing a funding deal that saved RXMD from a toxic spiral to trips, and secured an additional $6M cash capital for national expansion.
Jay also gets credit for delivering 340MetrX, starting monitored care, and keeping RXMD operational during a pandemic. None of that happens without someone working toward those goals. Jay was not a great speaker, and he remained mostly silent... silently working to save the company and the shareholders. I for one appreciate what he delivered.
