lot of speculation on why tuesday. it could be as simple as they have lot to discuss and cannot be completed in a day. win or loose , this is good that they are taking so much time. if a unanimous verdict, will be very hard to appeal and would be taken very seriously by other courts as the jurors took this very seriously. i think.
other possible reason for tuesday could be they just wanted tuesday off from employer so they can vote. who knows. this last note by jury is very interesting. and there is an order I see, is that sealed?
are jurors allowed to go on internet and research like earnings coming out on tuesday? i don't think so but when you have been in court as a juror for 3 weeks and see that over 300 billion has been looted from common people by powerful people breaking the law, i would be tempted and take lot of ky jelly in the court room for them to use.
