You are correct, the last 14c took almost 18 months to cancel. The board voted to proceed with a reverse split the week the 14c was due to expire - 8/25/2020. And then the 8k for the reverse cancellation wasn’t transacted until 2/17/2021. Let’s hope this filing doesn’t linger for 18 months.
