The SOS says there are 20 million Preferred shares. Tad's disclosures say there are only 100k "Preferred A shares" and that he owns 100% of them.
1) I'm just trying to find out if there are 100k or 20 million. If there are only 100k then update it with the SOS. If there are 20 million then--
2) Are the remaining 19,900,000 different "Classes" of preferred shares? If so--
3) Are any of the preferred shares convertible into common? If so, at what rate (1-for-10, 100, 1000, etc).
Whether Tad has converted his to common --if allowed-- is of no consequence. I assume he hasn't since he says he owned all of the Preferred A's a/o June 30th.
If there ARE 19,900,000 preferred shares authorized but not yet issued then that might be where the stakes for Patel and Co will come from.
