So, the alternative would be to quit paying the attorneys and other IP costs and let the company fold????
It seems like $20k per week to keep this case alive makes sense. Even if the settlement is only $250million this would seem like a smart use of dilution.
Just my opinion. Is there proof that the funds generated are not going to pay legitimate expenses?
