Supposedly EV/PLPL will not "own" these hotels..just collect a small "licensing fee." Reportedly other unnamed investors will own and operate the properties. So any "billions in assets" seems quite a stretch.
PLPL's market cap was $6,609,520 yesterday. As of today it's $10,281,476.
One Billion is a thousand million. PLPL will have to hit $0.14 cents to be worth that.
