I disagree. I think the amount of info is just right. Its 50/50 so its not the amount of information. I believe the hang up is on the "ethical" part right now. Ethical in a sense to save the economy and market from world's ending apocalypse walking dead end of human race fate vs. Fnf breached the cov of good faith that harmed the preferred shareholders according to their actions and in violation of contract and civil law. Half the jury imo is caught up in morals.

ETHICS? come on! Law is law the jury imo is now looking at flawed ethics and "for the greater good syndrome" They lumped 2008-2011 with improved financial conditions with a great outlook 2012. Its BS. I know.

I hope our side in that room can point this out to them. Ethics and moral has nothing to do with laws.

Sometimes it does not matter how simple it is. This is a complicated matter. There could be ideological, gender and age biases also. Some people think they deserve a free lunch, others believe they should work for it. There is some math required for this case and women traditionally didn’t do well in stem programs. It’s changing today though. So I believe it is a combination of ideological, gender and age biases working against us. Now if they had all been accountants, this would be to our benefit, regardless of gender.
