Things seem clearer although it took the chartmasters to expose the truth. I am not bashing just thinking out loud hoping to provoke discussion!! You can also look at this as a business and what they are doing makes no business sense. I have questioned managment practices before and got called Dr. Doom for my efforts to raise discussion. I am afraid this company itself looks very questionable. I love the technology but I just don't think RP and crew have the business experience to deal with something this potentially huge. I get more worried every day and when the chart guys start making sense maybe it's time to rethink my position. BTW does anyone have a definate verifiable date for this CC. I can't find one...
Market cap is also a problem for alot of investors most won't consider investing in a company with less than $250 million. TKO has a $186 million market cap...
Hold on a second there. I agree that if there is dilution it would affect share price. I just have not seen any evidence of dilution. At the moment i chalk the price decline up to speculators taking profit on weak guidance without any numbers. What we need is a historical document showing what the total outstanding shares was a month or more ago. If you look at shortsqueeze.com I believe the only info that updates daily is the share price and + or minus value on the stock. if so it shows the same share count Jan as we have now. Now Sirius, I know you said you keep a daily printout from your Nasdaq site showing institutional transactions. Do you save the entire printout? If you do, it shows the sharecount right in the upper left hand corner rounded to the nearest round million. Any chance you have a bunch of them tucked away in a file somewhere. We could put this dilution question to rest finally.

Thank you and you're a life saver..I finally have somebody that can back me up re dilution that I was claiming..Base on the chart I knew it all along that dilution started on Feb. 5th and they PRed the two future acquisition on Feb 2nd which if you added both it make sense and it becomes more clearer..
I dont think they are done diluting because how the stock behaves during the past couple days..As I notice every time the PPS goes over .10 it pulls back down..All these little things indicate that it still happening plus the chart as well..
