Looks like an escape from EM status has changed to "pending world events".....

Once in a disclosure, it by the very nature of the Disclosure, means it has been revealed.

OH WAIT... Tiny Mickey hasn't filed a DISCLOSURE in over a Year. And that last filing was for 12/31/2020. UFB

What this says to me is that Tiny Mickey is still not being Transparent, even though he has always claimed to be.

Did he do a PR about the lawsuit that was VOLUNTARILY Dismissed last MAY? One week after it was filed? I remember he gleefully filed a PR about the lawsuit, I just don't remember seeing a PR about the lawsuit being VOLUNTAIRLY dismissed. Odd.

Dang, and the EM status is still ACTIVE...

and Dark/defunct... sounds right to me.
