Shouldn't you be happy? I am not sure why you and a few other common holders would root against a plaintiff win.
I think its hypotctitcal on how you guys attack jps holders as greedy hedgefunds and cheer on Ackman. To be honest, I think its just bitterness with the priority rules with that group. That is just my 2 cents. Call it as it is.
