I agree that if the CEO wanted to take advantage of the AYSI corp, he might have already been doing so. On the contrary, his actions (so far) have been helping (like the no interest loan). I just have a bad taste from a previous investment that was majority owned by another corp (that's worse than a CEO controlling) and told myself not to buy corps with majority stake owned by one entity or person. But as sskillz did today, I broke my rule... I just started looking over it a little today and don't know much about it. Although I do have a little bit of time spent looking at ilmenite mined in Australia (my biggest holding, TORM, may have to start importing feedstock for their TiO2 plant from other than their TMM unit in Malaysia and Australia puts out a fair amount of ilmenite). It (AYSI) might be an interesting play on a weak dollar (currency play) and the general mining industry might pick up even more with metals prices likely to rise if the weak dollar keeps falling (just speculating). Lots more to go over and there'll maybe be a pullback in a few weeks if that seller at $0.40 comes back in. GLA...
