I've continued following it. Shareholders will receive 17.5 million shares currently valued at approximately $175M for their shrimp shares. The SPAC plans to buy more than one company so the shrimp company will be a wholly owned subsidiary.

If we got that kind of deal we would be getting around $0.29 per share. I could live with that.
