It comes from greed from the top. Not going on Nasdaq when we had the chance because he didn't want a BOD to supposedly get in the way. NASDAQ would have created credibility and shown the Dow, NASDAQ investors and the corrupt judges that NLST is a real company and not just an OTC penny stock. This is for everybody that wanted NLST to stay a stinky pinky OTC stock. I'm not even sure we qualify for the big board anymore.
