There is some VERY PINK news in there, that somehow (lol) there is zero words about in the report.

Anyone find it? ;-)

And that is besides the classic "On June 16, 2022, the Company executed an Interest Purchase Agreement, whereby it purchased a 60% interest in Jump Start Sports, LLC. The purchase price of $3,000,000 is to be paid in Shares of Series C Preferred Stock. The shares of the Series C have not yet been issued as there has been a delay in the processing of the designation for the Series." which is still open!

It's just a DELAY folks! That happens all the time! Companies make transactions, and then months later have "delay" in issuing shares! BTW Thank you FINRA/SEC!!

Based on $773k rev, pps should be at least .0045. Way undervalued here
