blitz, I think there is a very real chance EDEX will be given an opportunity to get involved as well. The financing VYEY will require either big rev's at Mesa, or Institutional loans. Since EDEX sold VYEY a tiny fraction at a reasonable price, it would make sense if they reciprocated, especially if Mesa gives VYEY the spark it needs to do this without private financing. However, given the Debt Conversion, it appears that the Co. is lining up their balance sheets for review so they are still a prospector, but not in the red, which is indicative of private financing. On the other hand, it could go both ways, so any private financing is for the loan, and EDEX could be offered a small interest at a large % of overall costs.
