People need to realize the difference between a float, OS and AS.

TGGI heavily promoted dumped billions of shares to promoters then they pushed it past .01. 8 billion float now doing a reverse split. Now left many many bagholders.

BOMO will have a 40 billion float after the S-1 is all said and done. They will have to do an AS raise AND will eventually do a reverse split and wipe out all current retail.

There is literally zero upside here.
