Not true, but If it were true it still wouldn’t matter, because recently sold shares are getting swallowed up in bullish fashion. If it weren’t just some stupid day traders making lunch money, owners would wait and sell their shares much much higher, seeing as the chart shows indicators of at least a 10x run in the very near future.
