The price per share of Common Stock to be offered and sold in this Offering will be determined after qualification, and we have provided a bona fide estimate of the price range of $0.0036 - $0.0038 per share. The minimum purchase requirement for an investor to participate in this Offering is $50,000; however, we reserve the right to waive the minimum purchase requirement on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion.
