The SEC is in no rush to settle, they will wait up until a week before the trial in hopes that the company goes out of business or whatever.

If the company stays in business which I’m very certain it will, the SEC will probably settle a week or two or three before the court date. If they don’t, and this goes to trial and Rik wins, the stock will shoot to $.20 just based on his newly found legendary status

This is a jury trial, so the SEC has to convince 12 people, every single one of the 12 people that Rik is guilty. If one out of 12 thinks he’s not guilty, the SEC loses.

So the flipside to the SEC waiting, is if the trial is only a few weeks away and Rik feels strong, if they try to settle with him he could tell them to go screw themselves and go to trial with the high likelihood that not all 12 people are going to agree with the SEC.

Time will tell…
