KeepDreaming132, that isn't true. JPMorgan, Wells Fargo and Bank of America are the U.S. Central Banks that are going Bankrupt in the U.S. and the MSM is keeping that information from the public. Blackrock International and Vanguard already filed and that's also hidden from the public.

They are all in full panic and Even the Bank of England is now BK and publicly stated that they will Short Sell Everything until they're cut off like many Hedge Funds are now.

The Institutions are buying HYMC for a safety net when the entire article is reviewed.
