its tough when you don't have the budget but a fair amount of the collateral feels "clip arty" imo.

Prefer to see a more a minimalist approach to the branding even apple-like. If on a white package than do not put what looks to be like a black sticker on it. Stay with a white background, subtle border perhaps to avoid white-clashing, and use logo, text, and a graphic. The graphic could be a person or iconic, info-graphic, etc..

Likely a bit late, but in reply to Design Versions: Simple is best but I question "Better Laboratory Service is our passion"...to be blunt who cares. What is "Better" defined as and does it matter to consumer...why not We Make Lab Services Better, or more accurate or more affordable? I get its a retail box, but continuity of value messaging should be everywhere. And an ambiguous statement like ..."is our passion" is self serving because why is that important. You are saying less but not really saying anything but platitudes.
This is company is NOT the same as old and Ashley does not approach it the same and that's why I've hung on and believe in him and the company. But your marketing speak has to be more direct and speak to the language of the dog (old ad saying)...this has no relevance to reader except it sounds like every other company...and RSHN is not the every company follower.
