I just got an email from the company saying

they are sorry and working on a solution and will get
back to me. Solution in my mind would be send me a
bottle in priority mail. It's better anyway.

UPS often hands off these small packages to local
post office anyway.

And I'd rather have it in my mailbox than thrown on my porch.
I live up a hill.

Amateurs. I haven’t heard back from them yet but I presume it will be the same. I’m this close calling my cc and calling it fraudulent. I honestly don’t trust them at this point. Sounds like to me they are a group of guys who simply pass the buck on commitments.
