CA pays $.187 in Fed taxes per gal + $1.02 aprox in state tax plus sales tax plus additional additives the state requires for the environment as of 3-12-21.

Not only will the keystone do absolutely nothing for the US but the oil was to go to the Valero refinery which is tax free.
