If come mid-Nov they release a Facebook picture of five jars of oil in the Star of David configuration, are you going to take that to mean they are "telegraphing" a message that they have found commercial oil?
Oppps, I guess they already did that on a previous dry hole.
And that sort of explains why anything short of an announcement of commercial oil (in November) is NOT an announcement of commercial oil. If you've learned anything from your investment in Zion Oil, it should be that!
