Weird. before the trial even began I was saying that the benefit of a jury trial is dictated by what the presiding judge allows them to hear, see, etc. and it was suggested I was a paid basher, a government employee (that one was creative!), among other things. And as I was suggesting, a jury trial here held little to no significance because of it.
