Let me put it this way about control. If someone told you that they would be at your house at 5pm today. They can either show up early, late, on-time, or not at all.

I can't control what happens and maybe they can't control if they make it (accident, car trouble, etc, etc)

But I can control knowing if their information was correct about being at my house at 5pm. So I can judge the scenario based on entirely if they have arrived or not.

If they are always late and call that they will be late or push the day out that they will get to my house. Then I wouldn't believe them in the first place about showing up on time or at all. Most likely scenario here.

If they do show up on time and do everything they said. That would be a normal character trait.

Hate to break it to you , but's its not algos, kenny, amy, hedgies, or your mom that is dumping at 0.00005. It's who ever holds the convertible debt as it very clearly states in the financial disclosures:
