Im going to try to find an article I saw online of another stock that had an LOI and the article said the merger was not complete because the two parties with their lawyers was figuring out the cost of the merger...how much will be paid to PLPL for example, etc.....there isnt much digging for dirt at that point...

Fair enough. I still stand by my statements. This has been going on for months now. Not weeks. And the LOI was made public because of the status of the audit. The other DD you mention has already been looked at. And it must be good because Patel went public.
