No scam here fella. But what we do have are permanent magnets in a configuration that supplies mechanical power on demand, which is not perpetual motion. It works wholly and solely with the attraction repulsion of permanent magnets. Not perpetual but mechanical. No need for external fuel inputs, and very strong magnets allow this to work.
