Yup. Could be a death spiral....or one of the bigger opportunities this market has to offer. We'll know when the selling dries up, but that could be a while.

With the OTC it's a fine pine between trusting the person making the grand claims, Isaiah Thomas in this case, and trusting their ability to execute the grand claims. I personally don't have any issue with Isaiah's honesty and integrity. The execution part ...... that's a different matter. Columbia isn't an easy part of the world to conduct business. And he's talking up big stuff.

Good points. I think the info on OTC markets is probably wrong or not updated. It states he is chairman on the S1.

Worse case scenario if that note wasn't restructured, they probably have around 8M shares to sell. If OWP knew they weren't going to be able to pay the note off they would want to hold off on news until after the selling is done. That assumes, of course, that they can execute and everything is about ready to go. Isiah and Dr Perego have been putting in money all year. Terry Buffalo is pretty successful in his own right and he has made a major commitment as well. Just going to have to wait and see. It's a low floater so it can pop right back with news.

Sello, for all your unbridled optimism coming into this, your current assessment is a warning sign for potential downfall. The current drop in SP is alarming and wonder if this whole venture really has a future. Without any revenues there is no way to sustain this business.
