Right but you have to use the market cap not the share price - unless number of shares is similar.
Isopet alone is .06 until it starts being used more, then could be .20.

I agree. any one can control the PPS in low volume stocks. RDGL if you want to keep PPS down, just sell 100 shares at bid, then MC will down $1mm; if you want to PPS up , just buy 100 shares at ask, MC will increse $2mm, just for example. RDGL just have few bid sellars selling small shares at bid to push the PPS down.
