Uh no. You send in your hemp to get tested for THC before you extract to make sure it's under .3% THC. It costs a couple hundred bucks to get it tested. APRU grows strains that produce low THC. It's not hard at all to cultivate hemp for CBD and not THC. This is unbelievably basic stuff APRU has already been doing since they started making Element C. I have no idea why you would buy shares of a company if you think they aren't capable of basic product testing.
