What's happened since yesterday lunchtime to make the Judge reconsider certain parts of the case and alter/ change?

Would it have anything to do with yesterdays phone conference???? Note that P's were correct and allowed to ask the expert those questions BUT judge shut it down real quick!! !!!!!! I bet he had to think it over on how to proceed after this mornings comments from the expert on the NWS taking 100% net profits !!! If he allows it then damages can be changed ???
