Thats we are going to find out. It doesnot make sense for some insider to buy that many shares just before this news. He must be in the know that this was coming. So considering these 2 things, I think there is something in the works even if they dilute at some point in future or decide against it.

I have not seen a situation where insiders buying in heavy and then announce things like name change, AS increase, probable AS decrease, probable RS. There are bigger things in the works imo.

I dont want to guess anything at this stage considering unpredictability of the mgt. I am of the opinion that this is going to make a solid move with big holders exited today. Not blaming anyone or criticizing. You gotta do what you have to do since its your money. so dont come back with reply that I am blaming anyone for exiting.

I have seen this with SNPW...till date they never exercised RS and they managed to do 0.35 in short time after announcing RS. they jumped from 002 to 0.35 with 1B OS.

Adam came on and purchased complete control of the company. Look at the prior filings. It seems he can do whatever he wants. It was dumb to allow him to have this much control.
