By way of example: Man says he shot a woman in the head. Police charge him with homicide. He objects and says, Yeah, I shot her in the head, but I ain't admittin' to no homicide.
The reason for the dialect is an example of the lack of thought process that goes into that dumb statement. Hope that helps. ;-)
