Nothing has been said? The PR I linked, and linked below, was only from 30 days ago, September 26, 2022. Reading the whole PR in context...it's two separate transactions. I'd bet she gets tired of our suppositions.

The PR clearly outlines the timeline. Without "facts" this is just a waste of time, imo.
