I do not think it is illegal. The fact that you were not in the room, with the accountants and lawyers signing up the transfer papers, does not make it illegal. He just submitted an 8K. Partially it seems it was written by SB if you read it well. Approved by Chris Philbrick tho. I do not see any issue with this 8K, in fact, this is a sign of transparency and the SEC DOES NOT HAVE ISSUES WITH IT, if you see.... Get some popcorns, a coca-cola, relax and enjoy the journey. There is more coming, your friend FLOW is deleting his account too, he is leaving. This company is into something legit this time. let them be

The 8K that was filed today was a SCAM! Philbbrook or whatever his name is has no right to file the 8k and in fact is illegal

However, I would say that HPIL has been a scam for YEARS so I don't understand the problem with the filing being a scam :-)

Can't wait to see how this rolls out. Good times.
