Skiluc, I appreciate your approach, and it helps point out that this deal, although it may look complex at first blush, gives existing investors multiple option going forward. We all different perspectives, goals, tolerance for risk, and available funding. Options are always a plus.

In my experience this is unusual for and equity package. It’s my opinion that Mark did a good job.
