Groan. Hi Dave. I try not to complain but for those of us dinosaurs who only use a laptop to access the internet, these changes are miserable. The latest incarnation of the main "board" page has way too much space on the right.
And... I still think Number of "Reads Today" is far more useful that the number of posts over the last 30 days. Any jackazz can spam their own board to pump up the daily posts number. But that number is meaningless unless the posts are being read.
Also wish all the boards were still eligible for the Hot List but I can understand the need to make it look like the stock boards are the only hot commodities on the site.
Oh, well. We of the old-and-in-the-way-crowd will be all gone in about 25-35 years so it doesn't matter what we prefer I guess.
