In Plain Sight

Not surprising. Not meant to be off topic, because if we fail to look at the political landscape we all lose sight of why they hate us.

I'll add this, nothing is done this year politically. In '22 the Republicans win a majority and in '23 steal SAFE by itself --and pass it. They don't let anything by in '22 they have no need for playing nice once they've won (an assumption, granted) If by chance something is accomplished in the lame session it's SAFE alone with no goodies (this supposes there isn't a sweep that swaps both the House and a definitive shift in the Senate) If don't win convincingly, they allow a pass of SAFE. Then (they) run on State's rights as to Cannabis, effectively neutering their progressive foes which in the name of SJ have squandered any opportunity to advance cannabis it seems...rather intentionally! I think either way we get SAFE light, but most likely in '23. Then a hands-off approach federally for 2-years.

When one examines the maneuvering and rhetoric it seems to lay me obvious: They (In power NOW that could). Don't (aren't). Care (willing to do anything that has no political capital). It's really as simple as that. Oh, Ed Pearlmutter gets a send-off as in a, "Too bad, Pal, nice try." Meanwhile, Booker, Wyden, and Schumer wait for their next opportunity for a reverse flea flicker steal when the pendulum swings in their favor and favoring or promising to do something is a monetary problem in search of a contribution, donation, or investment for the children. Pelosi has no skin in this, she's in the wine industry and will retire when they lose or hang in to get her nephew in the WH in '24 (oh, he'll run there won't be a choice. Old Joe is unfortunately like a lost library book) His handler's multiple daily revisions/ineptness are becoming obvious as elder abuse. Eight rounds in a bullet. Boxing? Well, close. Sports related.

Benefits SHWZ much more than the MSOs with flawed financial models that were built for quick and forced to adapt to an intermediate period for legality (and will suffer even more for the next 24-months) Again, supposes a scenario I've painted. No guarantees! But that's my plot and why here. 25-days of diesel fuel left? Huh. Makes this change of power an irreversible accomplishment if true. See trains and trucks.
