#45321 RE: piratica #45320

There were questions about the viability of the 'Game' in 2003, it was pretty clear that it was going down the pan let alone the business behind it. It still runs somehow just like and old forgotten town in the dustbowl of history. Patents were granted by a naïve organisation and its decisions haven't passed the test of time thanks to a sensible judiciary becoming fit for to understand software technology at last. Tohm has been face up and honest in all the Sec filings over the decades and it has been simply amazing how quiet people have been to what has been quite a blatant scam that neither share holders nor the financial authorities seem to care about. Sure greed has had a large part to play on all sides so no one has the moral high ground. The trick now is to be first to the gun when selling because after the next pump there will be only one chance, they'll even stop the computers from partaking and then it's flatline world. If anyone feels hard done by then the lesson is that one should not procrastinate when a foul should be called. This could and should have ended 15 years ago but then who would have paid for Tohm's lifestyle choices all these years? You have all been jolly decent to him and should at least demand a Christmas Card for your support. To be honest you have all been played well it seems but one wonders if you have the capacity to uncover the extent of the organisation that maintains the Game to this day?
