SBC and Yuen Wong are no longer involved with NSAV. There’s not been a peep out of any of them this year.
NSAV released a very similar press release for its BW acquisition, which never happened. They entered into a “definitive acquisition agreement”, then they dumped shares on the market in December.
Where’s SRAX? Why haven’t they posted anything about NSAV?
It really does seem like NSAV is executing according to their stated plans. The only issue is the lack of smoothness. So many fits and starts not to mention missed deadlines. But if you look at the big picture, they're getting her done!
