Yes, all scenarios are possible. I was worried about a sell-the-news event too, but I would say the PR is better than expected; not a top notch CEX but not some bogus CEX run out of somebody's garage either. Go NSAV!
Anyone who expected NSAV was buying something like Conibase, Bitmart, or Crypto.com will be sadly disappointed. However, we now have an operating Centralized Crypto Exchange and with time it can be developed, improved, marketed, and increase in value, imparting value to our shares.
