Oh of course, that damage model is garbage, but I'm more interested in what becomes of the other cases from a win in Lamberth court.

How could it not effect other cases with a win?

All evidence presented.
All new testimony.
With a ruling by a jury that says the FHFA breached contracts.
Saying the govt agency was wrong.

Yes, the $$ is a drop in the bucket. If it ended with 11 cents and nothing else came from a victory then yes that is shit.

I believe it doesn't end there. So, as crappy as 11 cents is, I look forward to what comes with a W.
