Actually they have closed zero contract deals as far as govt infrastructure goes. To bid on those you have to have current audited financials along with DUNS and SAMS registration. The only contracts they are touting cannot be verified as they are with offshore entities (which they have already had problems with).

EM will not go away anytime soon...it rarely does and these otc stocks usually die on the vine.

good point, they cannot and would not post an 8K with that huge news, while on EM if not 100% accurate - This will be a lot of fun soon when we are trading :-)
