Huddle up!! Here is the game plan. We need a favorable verdict here with the damages. Then we need a favorable ruling in the ROP remand case.

We then hope the SCOTUS will hear us and if they do, we need a favorable ruling there...then take the Lambert verdict and ROP Remand ruling and the favorable SCOTUS ruling into the Kelly case....then like Al Bundy used to say......"LETS ROCK".....
