When $NIOCORP say's "Testing is expected to be completed over the next several weeks? Does that mean all 3 phases are to be completed or just phase 1?? Someone please advise as this makes zero sense why we do not even have phase 1 update? BTW, I will save you all time from saying "just ask management" lol.
