While I can't confirm what you're seeing, Ace has had a strained relationship with pct since Gary opened up the flood gates and started ripping of would be distributors, many of which were in aces markets. Ace pretty much halted sales of pct products for a year, year and a half due to Gary's decision making. Only recently have they started placing machines again for pct.

My insight into the relationship stress with your sentiment. Ace no longer cares about pct and will have no problem replacing them if a better opportunity arises. It'll be tough with the sweetheart deals pct gives ace (do the simple math of how many machines are in the field VS the revenue from leases and you'll see who gets the lion share of the revenues from leased machines.

Pct is in a bit of a pickle with regards to distributorship, on the one hand they can't place any machines without ace, but ace has Gary over a barrel in terms of revenues, and Gary can't attract other distributors to take the load from ace on more favorable terms for pct. Machine placement and Healthcare is a nothing burger until Gary fixes this and here's the insider tip...he can't and won't be able to fix it. There is no demand for pct products and no one willing to take them on as a supplier. I personally believe the 21st century health subsidiary is a scam marketing move to try to hide pcts involvement and further hide revenues (or lack there of) from shareholders. Nothing more. Also a clever scheme comes up by art to try to recoup his growing losses he's invested in this pos company.

My research indicates - Ace Janitorial got another contract to mop a few more floors. I suspect AceJan will do the same thing Digital Ally did and buy some of their own machines from China soon.
